Objectives 2013

> 10K under 43
> half-marathon under 1.27 (change from 1.29 as Helsingør Half-marathon achieved in 1:27:55 (17/11/2013) => objective 2014!
> marathon under 3.00 (changed from 3.09 as Berlin marathon achieved in 3:03:43 (29/09/2013) => objective 2014!
> maintain a month volume > 220km
> keep enjoying my running!

    • > GV : definitivt under 1:30, fast lite jobb kvar eftersom det är backigare än Paris!

  2. Jag lovade Tomas Oskarsson på jogg att gå under 1.28 i Gbg eftersom jag gjorde 1.28.30 på första halvan i Berlin. Han ska dit och titta så jag uppfyller löftet 🙂
    Ja, det var en tuff rethosta. Det var nog så att jag var extra mottaglig efter tremilaren och väl hemma var ju dottern sjuk.
